Loewe prides itself on its heritage of premium quality product design. The primary task here was to create a customer experience of equally high standards that captured the story of the Loewe brand. Part of this was to create a consolidated on and offline retail experience that is led by its customer needs. This meant a deeply strategic approach in streamlining an online store, physical dealers and internal logistics. From here we were able to create a more supportive, intuitive experience and enhanced dealership conversion. Online we developed a stage for the Loewe story to be told and an opportunity to create desire and personality around the Loewe’s premium products.
